The database outage is now resolved.

Any new test runs should successfully execute. We're re-executing failed test runs where possible.

You can re-run failed test runs by triggering a retry in your CI or by pushing another commit:
git commit --allow-empty -m "Retry Meticulous" && git push

GitHub seems to be operating normally again.

Service degradation due to GitHub outage. Some customers on GitHub might experience errors triggering test runs and approving diffs.

This incident is now resolved. If your run failed or is stuck in pending, please kick off a new one by pushing a new commit to your PR (you can add an empty one with git commit --allow-empty -m "Retry Meticulous" && git push). We apologise for the disruption and will be doing a full root cause analysis to ensure this incident isn't repeated.
